Hello,

I am currently on iOS 9.3.5 on my iPad Pro 9.7" and I'm about to update to iOS 10, however is there anything I should know before updating. In particular in regard to compatibility issues with El Capitan and iCloud apps. My iMac just misses out on Sierra cut off so I can't update beyond El Capitan.

I am aware of the general changes to iOS and of course will do a backup.

Thanks

Since your update is a one way trip, I suggest you to stay at iOS 9 for as long as you can for max software compatibility.
iOS 11 does bring a ton of new features for iPad though, which could be great for your experience.
