Anything like SpringLocker available for 4.+ ?

I want to Turn Off the Ability to remove Icons but Springlocker hasnt been updated to work with the new firmware.
Anything else similar out there if anyone knows?

Let me answer my own question 2 months later
There's finally a solution.
Package called "undeletable Apps"
What it does is removes the "x" when the icons wiggle.
You can move them around in the springboard but cannot delete them.
