Anything like the iPhone/iPad standard Notes app for Mac?

I love the notes app on my iPod Touch and iPad. I love the background color, the goofy font, and the simplicity. Is there anything like it for Macs?
 
In Mail.app, Notes are like that (File > New Note). They can also sync with your iPod Notes.
