Anything Similar to the Missing Sync?

Is there anything similar to the Missing Sync out there? I have tried out The Missing Sync, and it is the most absolute piece of crap software out there it seems. Version 4.0 seems so buggy, and it requires a restart for instalation as well! And all it has done was slow down my mac to a crawl and didn't even really work with the device.

what kind of device do you have? i have missing sync and it works out pretty well. some errors here & there but pretty much solid.

there might be a couple more different products out there but some are geared to specific devices. so please be specific on your equipment
