Anyway to automate a script or macro for music output

Hello, I’m a lyft driver looking for a way to automate stoping my music playing and directing audio output (ie gps voice guidance) to my AirPods

Right now when I drive and get a ride request I.l pause my music playing from my iPhone to car via Bluetooth and send the audio to my AirPods so the passenger does not have to hear turn right turn left. It can be a Siri shortcut or some kind of button/complication on the watch or phone
