Hiya, was wondering is there anyway to change the iOS 6's UI back to the one iOS 5 uses... or any kind of UI customization app to make our clock or calendar to look better too without jail breaking. Many thanks.

Without jail breaking? No. Apple has never allowed any such ui customization. However, I am a little confused by the question. What, specifically, are you wanting to change (which ui elements)?

I don't really like the new camera UI in ios 6, or the calendar app they had all along : /, maybe I'll get used to it sometime soon.

Gotcha. Truth be told I am not even sure there is a way to do that with jailbreak. At least not one that doesn't involve you manually repla ing files via ssh, and in not even certain that would work.

You can always try a camera app from the app store like kitcam if you are not happy with the stock camera app.

For the calendar i love fantastical, i use it on both my mac and my iphone. There is also many clock replacements in the app store as well, personally i dont know any since i am fine with the stock Clock app.
