I used the Apple Store App to reserve a 32GB and I'm AT&T eligible for $299 without $18 activation fee. Since AT&T servers were down I got stuck with a $699 reservation. Is there any way to have this changed before the 24th? It will probably be a mad house at the Apple store sorting it out although I'm sure there will be many others.

Anyway to change reserved from retail to upgrade price?

Apple Store's reservation system doesn't need all your plan info. It's just your name, email and model. As long as you have made a reservation, a specialist will work out all the details with you when you activate the phone.
I kind of thought that may be the case. I just hope AT&T and/or Apple's servers aren't crushed again on the 24th.
