Anyway to enable TRIM for Lion (10.7) ???

So I have a 2010 MBP 15" and I installed a an SSD..

How can I enable TRIM support for lion? I used trim enabler for 10.6 but I read mixed reviews to use it with 10.7..

Any input would be great!

I'm wondering the same thing. I've got the Apple SSD on my MBP and wanted to know what the steps or process is to enable TRIM and optimize the SSD since TRIM was not enabled before LION.

Why would you need TRIM? Apple provided SSDs have great garbage collection capabilities.

Works with Lion, and it's safe.

If your controller is a Sandforce controller, or some other controller that has its own garbage collection, then don't enable TRIM. Some older SSD's don't support TRIM, so do some research on your SSD if you haven't already. Good luck
