I have 3 disks in my mac pro. 2 of them are softraided (concat) into 1 disk and the other disk is the factory supplied drive that has been wiped clean. I've been having problems doing software update rom flashes off of the raid array, and I would like to get my system files and apps back on to the original disk. I don't really want to waste the time reinstalling/configuring everything if i don't have to...

what do you guys think is the easiest way for me to do this?
