Anyway to mirror the iPhone on the iPad?

I was wondering if there was anyway to mirror/control the iPhone from my iPad. There is a spot where I work that I can place my iPhone and get cell reception. Now if I could put it there and control it from my iPad that would be awesome. Kind of like a vnc app or tweak in Cydia? I need vnc iOS to ios.

I guess it would sorta be like tethering but not really. I don't want to pay for tethering service if I don't have too.

I need to mirror my device wirelessly.
