Anyway to NOT have iPod come when double tapping the home button

Hey there people, just as the title really, I don't like it when the phone is locked that any1 can double tap and play the music

Settings>General>Home>turn off iPod Controls. This is for 3.1.3, I'd assume its similar if not the same on 4.0.

But the OP said when the device is locked.

When it's locked, there's no way to change what happens when you double-tap the home button.

Turning off iPod Control works on the lock screen as well. I just tried it.

i'm running an Iphone 4 version 4.0.1 and under general i havent got a home section??

I don't think there's the option on an i4 because of the app-switching?

I've just checked mine running 4.0 and you only have the spotlight search option in place of where 'Home Button' was before. I've just checked my 3G running 4.0.2 and it has it.

I've never noticed this before as i use the double click for iPod on a daily basis when on the lockscreen. I do miss it for fast loading of the camera on the home screen though

i know this is an old post, but is there any way to do this on iphone 4/ios 5.0.1?

i've tried lots of things, the ipod app is now music, and doesn't have that option.
