Anyway to protect the iPhone 7 Plus lens cover?

I was wondering if there is a way to protect the iPhone 7 Plus lens cover (the glass) from scratches etc? Im pretty much against cases so i do not want to buy a case for the phone. Is there any protective glass that i can by for the lens cover (like the ones for the screen)

My cousin's regular 7 has a decent scratch across the lens on her phone already so I ordered a lens protector on eBay.

Its Sapphire glass.. It doesn't scratch. Yes there is an anti-reflective coating on the lens, but even a scratch in that coating will not impact image quality.
