Anyway to record a podcast on iTunes?

So I am subscribed to a podcast on iTunes (I only listen on my Powerbook G4, don't have an iPod) I was wondering if there was a program I can download (preferably free) or a way to record or save a podcast so that I can make it a CD. I'd buy them as CD's if I could but they're not available...

you should be able to burn the file in your music folder

Just click and drag the episode(s) you want to burn to the sidebar, forming a playlist. Then, select the playlist and in the bottom right corner click "burn disk."
