Anyway to register foreign credit card in US iTunes Store?

Is there anyway to register foreign credit card in US iTunes Store?
I know that this topic has been started before, but maybe now something changed, sometime Apple added a PayPal, maybe using it there's any trick that makes us able to purchease in App Store US with foreign credit card.

I'm not sure about gettig paid apps from another country's store on a credit card, but you can get free apps...and some advice about buying iTunes vouchers...from the link below...
