Is there any way to undo the iCloud Drive update? I've since gone back to iOS 7 and now most of my iCloud features are not working. iCloud backup does not work, my passes from passbook are missing, etc. iCloud.com for numbers does not work either. Also looks like all my numbers, pages, and keynote documents are gone.

No. When you update to iCloud Drive the alert clearly states that this will upgrade your iCloud data and it will not work a device running anything earlier than iOS 8 (or Yosemite)

Right, I do remember that. I was hoping for a way to undo it. No worries, I will manage ;) Thanks!

okay so.. I can still access my iCloud data on OS X Mavericks.. but not iOS 7. That is a good thing for now! I find that odd but it is what it is.
