Am I missing something. I thought the Pinot of AOD on 14 Pro’s was to show stuff live and active.

I’ve added the rings widget for AOD. However as soon as it dims, it hides the rings. Tap to wake and the rings show. What’s the point of this widget?

Battery shows live. Weather I presume updates in background and would update live on AOD.
 
It’s for privacy I think, on the Apple Watch with AOD enabled it behaves the same way by default
 
A few others have mentioned the same thing in another thread. More than likely, it is a iOS bug.

Really, I’m not that bothered on people seeing that, I agree with privacy but this..? If so then again, what’s the point of the widget

I don’t know maybe Apple just assume we’ll look at our Watch to see current Activity data or something
