Am weaning myself away from AOL - how can I move my address book to Mail, or Address Book?

You may try AOL Communicator. It handles all of your POP3 and IMAP accounts in addition to your AOL accounts. You can synchronize your regular AOL address book. You can export Communicator's contacts as a *.ldif file.
