AOL Mail shows up in recipients mail as UKLottery

All of my wifes e-mails show up as "uklottery" to the recipient. This happens if the outgoing mail is created on a web browser. I have tried Safari, Firefox, IE, etc.; doesn't matter which one, it also doesn't matter if it's on a Mac, PC, even the iPhone. If the e-mail is sent through Mac's mail software or through the actual AOL program (which rarely works on todays Mac's) the mail will show up to the recipient as the proper sender and not as "uklottery". About a month ago her mail got hacked into and hundreds of spam mails were sent. I thought this problem was corrected by reseting the password but apparently there are still problems. There are no signs that any unauthorized e-mails have been sent from her address recently. I know that anything to do with AOL is laughed at now days but we've both had the same AOL addresses since the early 90's. Any help is greatly appreciated.
