iPod touch AOL Radio issues

Anyone else having issues with AOL Radio? It's crashed my iPod touch several times and the volume control is weird. It appears that the volume control in the app is unique to that app rather than controlling the overall volume of the ipod. I've had to go back out to regular music stored on the ipod, play it back and adjust the volume there, then go back into AOL Radio and adjust the volume again. Very odd design,

Also, anyone heard of any apps to play XM Radio via the iPhone/iPod touch?
