AP Ext HDD Access over the internet with a different Account?

Ok so the subject is confusing but basically what I'm trying to accomplish is gaining access to my Airport Extreme Hard Drive over the schools computer lab.

I know that with my own Mac I that has my MobileMe account already set up properly it works just fine. But is there anyway to reach this drive if I don't have access to system preferences.

Or for that matter even if I do have full system privileges (On a friends computer) but don't want to sign the computers owner out of mobileMe.

I've been searching and searching for this, but can't find an answer any help would be greatly appreciated.
