AP Mobile - double notifications - clusters of delayed notifications

Several months ago, notifications stopped coming in on time. And they came twice back to back, and in clusters of notifications. Sometimes they are several days delayed.

It's really messed up a key functionality of one of my favorite apps.

I've tried a restore, no luck.

Spotlight search is borked on my phone too.

Any ideas?
