Is anyone else having trouble recieving notifications from ap news app in the notification centre?

I have it set on but with no alerts, so it should in theory run like a widget with the latest 5 new stories scrolling through, but nothing appears

Same issue here has anyone found a solution? I have this issue with 10% of my apps that do push, my guess is the push server is not keeping the devices registered.
