Aperture 2.1.1 Price Drop or just BF Pricing?

I'll admit I haven't checked on Aperture pricing for some time now. I just happened to check today and noticed the Amazon retail price for the full version is at $158.50. Is this BF pricing or a price drop? Thanks.
