Hi there. I have been using iPhoto for my photos and have been "cataloging" the photos via events. Some events have pictures from my camera and from some friends cameras. As a result the dates on the pictures were all messed up and I had to manually go in and make arbitrary dates just to make sure they were all in correct chronological order. In addition I have added titles to many of the photos because I then went ahead and made .Mac web galleries of many of my events. I have since then taken down/unpublished the web galleries because I want to make the move to Aperture 2.
So my question is this: How can I organize these photos in Aperture 2 and make sure they stay in the same chronological order and keep their titles? Do I use the import feature and point to the iPhoto Library file? Or do I export each Event in iPhoto into its own seperate folder and then import into Aperture? Forgive me but I'm VERY new to Aperture 2 and want to do everything correctly the first time. Is there some way of exporting my iPhoto Events into their own folders in the same order I have them in their respective Events in iPhoto?
Thank you,
Keith
