aperture 2 problem with web galleries

I have just upgraded to aperture 2 and have published a web gallery. when publishing the gallery it gets stuck. If you click on "publishing" whilst it's publishing it gives you a more detailed view of what's going on and it's getting stuck on "completing". I've googled this and found others are also having this problem but no solution.

anyone else getting this - or found a fix?

"Completing" takes relatively long to complete but it works for me at least
