Aperture 2 thinks photos are on incorrect drive.

This has happened now multiple times. Aperture will out of nowhere think my pictures are on my "Data" partition of my Macbook pro's drive, when they have always been, were imported from, and told to keep in my Cdrive external drive.

so when they pictures are in cdrive/library/datemonthyear aperture for everything suddenly thinks they are in data/library/datemonthyear when those folders dont, and have never existed!

Is this a known bug or, whats going on?

Macbook Pro 2gb Ram, 2.33Ghz Core2Duo Mac OS X (10.5.3) Aperture 2.1
