Aperture 2.x Secondary Display Issue

Hi.

I have a Mac Pro setup with three 30" apple cinema displays. I am using aperture, and I really want to use the secondary display feature, however when it seems to be preset that any 'secondary display' setting makes all other displays other than the primary a secondary display, and hence uses both spare monitors. Is there a setting or workaround that lets me pick which secondary display I want to use?
