Aperture 3.0.1 Patch a Dud?

I downloaded the patch and at first it seemed my printing crashes were fixed. I ran off four prints with no crash, but then the fifth crashed, and now ten in a row. I can't print anything! I relaunched the program and am back printing, but a bit frustrated.
 
Have 8 prints I need to have done for tomorrow and I've spent the last two hours with no luck. Program crashes with EVERY print attempt.

This really sucks!
