Aperture 3.4.5 Hangs On Launch Issue 10.8.5

Every once in awhile Aperture will hang when launching. It doesn't crash. I can't figure out what is causing the issue. I have rebuilt my Aperture library, and completely re-installed the application, but it still does it every once in a while.

Thoughts? If I force quit and re-launch it always launches correctly. Other than this issue Aperture and the computer in question have no issues.
