sequence: crop an image to 5x7 in Aperture, set options to borderless, print on Epson R1900 ... results: borderless 5x7 with about quarter inch of the image missing all around ... is there anyway to get an accurate crop? ... is this a known problem?

Are you also setting the printer to print borderless in the printer dialogue box that appears after the Aperture print dialogue box?

Print driver

Yes, the print driver is set to borderless ... am getting a boarderless print ... It is the cropping that is off ...

Sounds like the image is bigger than what will fit in a 5x7, therefore it's "cutting" out what will not fit.
