Aperture boxed vs. app store difference?

Apologies if this has been asked before, but a precursory search has revealed nothing.

Is there a difference between the boxed version of Aperture 3 ($199!) and the App Store version ($79)?

Given the price difference I wonder if the app store version is missing features or is an "Aperture lite".

I already own the boxed version, but my curiosity must be satiated!

The difference is the box and the price. The app itself is the exact same whether in the box or downloaded from the app store.

Save some $$$ and download it from the App store. I did and it's a great photo manager.

Another difference I read about is the license provided. Be sure to check that out if you are a professional photographer or desire to ever sell photos worked in Aperture.
