We use a Nikon D90 as well as 2 iphones to import photos to our computer. In iphoto after the import we were asked if we wanted to delete the photos after importing. We could then eject the camera after the import by dragging the camera to the trash in iphoto. In aperture I am not asked if I want to delete the photos in the camera which is not a problem with the D90 since I can just format the memory card but when I am importing a lot of photos from an iphone it is frustrating to delete every one. I also cant figure out how to eject the camera fom the computer. Is it safe to just disconnect it. I feel that goes against what I have been told for years but I cant figure out how to do it. What should I do?
