Aperture, FCP X, ... - speed difference Mini / iMac

Does anybody know how much the speed difference between the high end 27" iMac and the 2,3 GHz Mini are in applications like FCP X or Aperture 3? So how important is the graphics card there? (Both with same amount of RAM, 1440p resolution, same drive for media)
 
I can't speak to FCP. But from an Aperture standpoint, any of those processors would produce similar results. RAM usage and hard drive writes are what I've found to be the limiting factor for Aperture. The new Fusion Drive might be the biggest difference between the models.
