I had an iPhoto library that was added to an Aperture Library. After a time machine restore, there is corruption in Aperture. Pictures don't show, movies won't play etc.

Is there a way to just pull out every .jpg, .nef, .mov, etc with some terminal command? Then I can reimport everything to a new library in either Lightroom or Aperture or whatever.

Right now it is a mess and I'm not sure how to recover it.
