Aperture Image Export Presets Default

I accidentally deleted all the Image Export Presets.. I can still remember rebuilding my customized presets if only I can retrieve the default presets. Does anyone here know how to bring back the default settings for image export? Or can anyone show me screen captures of the image export presets?
