Aperture: What folder are "Photo Books" stored in

I accidentally clicked "auto sort" in Aperture, for a Photo Book I had spend days arranging just how I wanted, now I can't go back.

Luckily I backed up my complete hard drive just a few weeks ago. However I cannot find where the photo book is stored in my Aperture folder.

I went, Home/Pictures/Aperture Library {show package contents} /Database

but i cant see it anywhere.
