I've got a copy of Aperture, but have yet to upgrade my RAM from 512 to 1GB. Predictably, it won't let me install at all, so I tried to edit the info.plist like the many turorials say... but that plist contains *no* information about RAM *at all*. Anyone know of a way I can get this to install?

You do know that, that requirment is there for a reason right? If you don't have 1gb of ram don't bother trying to find a way around it. Your experience with the program will just....suck. Either stick with the basic iPhoto tools or buy another 512mb (1gb perferably) and use it the way it's suppoused to be used.

Yes, I know it's there for a reason.
it runs reasonably without 1GB of RAM, I've done so many many times, I just forgot to back it up when I re-installed OS X.

There's a hack out there there to make it run, but like said above, do you really want to? I don't like the performance and I have 2GB of RAM.
