Aperture Won't Import!! :confused:

I've having a problem where Aperture only imports the last thousand or so images from my external hard drive. What's the go? It loads all the folders correctly, but they're all empty except for a few.

I've chosen to keep the images on my harddrive, and work from there...

Any help?
