i have a macbook, and i got a copy of aperture from a friend to try, but it wont work, it says my computer don't meet the requierments

i have a macbook core 2 duo with 2gb ram
i looked at the system requirements and it lists macbook as one of the systems that can have aperture installed

I ran the Aperture demo on my Core Duo 1.83 Macbook with 2GB RAM without a problem. I didn't use it extensively, but it loaded and worked fine, it seemed.

What version of Aperture is it? You need at least 1.5 to get it running on a lower-end machine like a MacBook

Get the free trial of Aperture 1.5 directly from Apple. That should install without problems on an MacBook, according to the tech specs.
