APM Tuner X anyone???

I'm looking for APM Tuner X for my new-to-me TiBook 800. The clicking Toshiba HD is about to drive me NUTS, and APM Tuner X looks like the only solution to quiet the thing down.

Any ideas where it can be found? I've googled for about an hour trying to find the silly program, to no avail. :mad:
