I am about to purchase the apogee duet to use with gb and logic.
I notice alot of interfaces have a dial that you can turn if you want to hear the analog signal before its converted, and also if you switch the dial the other way you can hear the digital signal after conversion(but also hear the latency) in order to counter latency. but I notice that the apogee only has 1 dial and thats for volume.
so my question is, is there anyway to hear the analog signal through the duet if theres no dial, or does it automatically do that for you? if it does how would you go about hearing vocal effects live?
latency is prob. the biggest issue for me so i'd like the answer for this before i buy.
thank you
