Mike is literally a microphone for iOS only
One is an Audio interface with a built-in mic for your computer

There isn't a lot of info on MIKE right now, but I would guess you could use it as a USB mic on your mac. (on the website it lists it as a usb mic for ipad, iphone, and mac). The biggest differences are that MIKE has no output. It is only an input device. As well as there is no line input, which the One has in addition to the mic input.
