Apostrophes and "accent grave" show up funny when ported from TextEdit to Excel

See attached screenshot (below). As you see, "Let's Get Loose", "Fauré", and "D'Indy" didn't survive the trip, even though they appear correctly in the original TextEdit .txt file. Any help much appreciated!!
