App advise

So I am working on a project for work and basically have to take a bunch of photos and add some text describing what is happening in the pics. I'm hoping to do it all on my iPhone so looking for an app that would present this in a nice wayang give me an printing option. Any suggestions?

Instagram will let you post writing that appears under the pic. So does Tumbler. Not sure that you can export the pic with writing to your comp or anything. I believe Camera+ will do so as well.
