App- Auto Downloads don't work (not updates)

Hi,

I can't get auto-app downloads to work properly also when I sync my iphone 5 to my itunes for mac the new apps I just bought on itunes for mac wont sync to my iphone...

Any help would be great

The auto app downloads only work on "new downloads". Not redownloads of apps you've previously downloaded.
