I follow the developments in what Apple offers to developers fairly closely but I am not an iOS developer myself so I just wanted to check the capabilities of third party apps.

Could an app do the following [I thinking in terms of a call logging system]

1. Prompt a user to take an action immediately after every phone call is finished regardless of how the call was initiated (an incoming or outgoing call)?

2. If a call is initiated from within an application (i.e. user clicks a phone number within the application, and then has the call) would it be possible to prompt a user to take an action after the call is finished?

As I understand it neither of there would be possible in iOS, but I am not sure about number 2.
