My hay day app opens for about 5 seconds then closes. I have deleted the app and restored it . And it still don't open. This has been going on now for over a week.

Did you update the app recently? If so, then it is a problem with the app. Contact the developer of the app.
You are on stock iOS running at 6.1.3?
What phone do you have? Older phones cannot always run newer apps and if your device is jailbroken that could cause it as well.
I don't think iTunes or the AppStore would let you install the app if it's not compatible
I'm not saying it wouldn't be compatible but i've had that problem on like lets say my 1st gen ipod touch. I can't open some of the apps that i could download because it was just too slow.
