App crash / kern_protection_failure

Hi All,

I have an iPhone 5, and I've had a few apps crash recently with the message exc_bad_access / kern_protection_failure in the logs.

I tried to do a DFU resore, and tonight I had a random safari crash with that same message. Does this just sounds like perhaps bad luck of the draw? Or might I have a faulty unit.

Thanks for any help.
