Hi All.

Sorry for all these querys but I have one last one and feel it deserves its own topic...

First off, I am on Australian Eastern Time.

I download an app last night our time and then downloaded one this morning. Now, in the app store when I view purchased apps it shows both apps were downloaded "today" however one was done yesterday so was curious if these times go off another time zone?

I look at one of my other apps and it shows they were downloaded back on 12 Jan and those dates were correct for those apps as I checked another means to confirm those apps were done on that day.

Also, when I view purchase history from the account menu it shows as one was downloaded yesterday and that was correct but it seems the app store is reporting the wrong download time?

I know its minor, but curious as I often look at the app store to see when the apps were downloaded as its easier than the other way. I mean it could correct itself in a week when it shows the actual date instead of Today/Yesterday/Thurs/Fri

Cheers

Not sure if this is what happened, but perhaps “downloaded date” is the date that it actually finished downloading to your device.
Here in the USA in my town, sometimes when I download an app from the App Store, it gets hung up and won’t download until much much later. Sometimes a day or even days later.
If the App Store log records date as download completed, maybe that’s what happened.
