App Downloads on iPhone 6s

Let me start off by saying - I ADORE my iPhone 6s. I am not here to gripe about it or anything, just have a random question. It seems like it has been taking quite a while to download apps on the phone. My internet speeds are great and nobody else has this issue in our house but me. On my 6 Plus the apps downloaded super fast, but even trying to download one app on the 6s takes MINUTES, and were talking about a relatively small app.

Anyone else have this problem? Confused as to what could be causing it.
 
I had that - it eventually ended. I sense it was that it was trying to download a whole bunch of things and many apps at the same time. But who knows
